You can't buy Pokemon from us. Or hardware. You won't find any minimum-wage data-entry clerks here. All members of our customer service staff are highly trained in book selling and buying. In fact, we boast centuries of experience among us!

Chances are, we're not the largest bookstore you've ever bought books from (you may not have ever heard of us before).
Remember the service you used to get from your hometown bank 10 or 15 years ago (before it was bought out by one of the big banking monsters)? Our high-level of service is what makes demanding customers switch their orders to us.
Although we are constantly growing, our most important customer is the one we have, not the one we're trying to woo. This keeps our focus on providing top notch service for our clients.
Our size allows us to be flexible and nimble. Almost all of our customers require us to follow special billing or reporting procedures. That's a service we gladly provide, free of charge.
There's not a question you could ask us, not a request you could make, that we haven't already addressed with another customer.
